Marshall Kobrin is a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Teams. His practice is focused on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, succession planning and general corporate matters such as entity selection and formation, partnership agreements, license agreements, and other matters related to the day-to-day operation of both startup and seasoned businesses. 

Marshall has experience representing a diverse range of clients and industries in business acquisitions, including business services, home services, e-commerce and technology. Marshall has worked on over 100 transactions in the lower middle market, often in the $5 million to $50 million range. In addition to his corporate practice, Marshall provides strategic counsel to clients on intellectual property matters, with experience in trademark protection, copyright law, and trade secret preservation. 

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Marshall spent 8 years in the Florida office of a Missouri law firm providing outsource general counsel services and M&A representation.
