Attorneys on Lippes Mathias’ Appellate Team are well-known and respected for their knowledge and experience handling appeals in New York state courts and federal courts across the country.  Our team has briefed and argued many cases in each of the four Departments of the Appellate Division as well as before the New York Court of Appeals, and regularly handle and consult on motions for leave to appeal to the New York Court of Appeals. Outside of the New York Courts, the Appellate Team has briefed and successfully argued matters in multiple federal Courts of Appeals.
