Mitchell Ghaneie, a registered Patent Attorney, assists a range of businesses and individuals, including startups, independent inventors, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and businesses of all sizes with protecting their intellectual property. Since 2015, Mitchell has focused his practice on securing intellectual property for his clients by submitting patent, trademark, and copyright applications, as well as formulating trade secret policies for employers and drafting licensing agreements. Over the years, Mitchell has filed and prosecuted hundreds of patent and trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”).
Mitchell additionally assists clients with developing pre-suit enforcement campaigns for his clients. Such campaigns may include monitoring intellectual property on various social media platforms and online retail sites. Mitchell also assists clients with enforcing their intellectual property rights against organizations ranging from small companies to large multi-billion-dollar companies and has defended his clients from intellectual property infringement claims brought by small and large organizations.
