About Mitchell R. Ghaneie

Mitchell R. Ghaneie helps businesses, entrepreneurs, inventors and organizations protect, enforce and maximize the value of their intellectual property. He represents clients throughout Jacksonville, Tampa, West Palm Beach and across Florida, providing strategic legal counsel on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and intellectual property litigation. His clients include startups, independent inventors, emerging companies, established businesses and nonprofit organizations seeking comprehensive IP protection.

Since 2015, Ghaneie has dedicated his practice to helping clients secure and safeguard their intellectual property rights.
