Fortunately for our clients, he was seduced along the way by what he calls, “the true faith – the law.” Following his calling, Michael honed his skills in the areas of business and corporate law with particular focus on financial transactions, intellectual property, immigration and securities regulation. His ingenuity and creativity have helped numerous small and medium-sized companies develop and implement effective strategies for the protection of intellectual property and assurance of sound corporate governance. Michael mixes his passion for law with active involvement in Western New York’s Masonic community where he works with the youth of WNY as governor of DeMolay International in the Western Half of NYS. And while it may come as a surprise to some, Michael studied vocal music in college and has a classically trained voice. He has three sons.
