Ms. Hamill focuses her practice in the firm’s Banking & Financial Transactions Practice Team, representing financial organizations in complex structured finance transactions. Her experience includes handling secured transactions that involve asset-based financing, revolving credit facilities, acquisition financing, and syndicated loan transactions. Ms. Hamill represents regional and national senior lenders, equity sponsors, and borrowers in senior debt and mezzanine financing arrangements.
Ms. Hamill is also a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Teams where she assists clients with business formation and structuring, contract review, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other general business planning.
