About MacKenzie E. Hamill 

MacKenzie E. Hamill is a member of the firm's banking & financial transaction practice team. Hamill focuses her practice on representing senior leaders, mezzanine lenders, equity sponsors, and borrowers in complex structured finance transactions. Her experience includes handling secured transactions, asset-based finance, acquisition financing, commercial real estate transactions, syndicated loan transactions, construction financing, and cross-border loans. 

Hamill is also a member of the firm's corporate and securities practice team. Her practice includes assisting clients with business formation and structuring, corporate governance, contract review and negotiation, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other general business planning. In addition, Hamill often acts as U.S. counsel to non-U.S. clients on their corporate transactions or general corporate matters.
