He represents financial institutions nationally on both real estate secured and asset secured lending transactions, including extensive experience in SBA related matters. He advises investors, developers, builders, contractors, condominiums, and civic association advice on a wide variety of real estate matters, ensuring their interests are protected and successful completion. He engages in all aspects of investment, including; raising capital, stock, and asset acquisitions, private placements, joint ventures, and public financing. Mr. Walker has extensive experience in HAP contracts, HUD transactions, bonds, and other financial programs to promote affordable housing, stability, and security of individuals and families.
As the partner-in-charge of the Jacksonville office, he drives the growth and professional development of a team of attorneys. He focuses on an integrated approach to providing best-in-class counsel to clients on the issues that matter most.
