Lippes Mathias LLP is pleased to share that partner John J. Koeppel, leader of the firm’s private equity and independent sponsor practice, will moderate the Future Strategy and 2026 Outlook roundtable at the Independent Sponsors and Capital Providers Dealmakers Meeting: West Coast Retreat on Dec. 3, 2025, in Santa Monica, Calif., hosted by iGlobal Forum. Lippes Mathias is one of the event’s two sponsors.

Koeppel will lead the Future Strategy and 2026 Outlook session, which will address planning strategies for the upcoming year for independent sponsors and capital providers, macro and regional trends influencing deal flow in the lower middle market and evolving deal structures.

The Independent Sponsors and Capital Providers Dealmakers Meeting: West Coast Retreat limits participation to a select group of independent sponsors and capital providers and features curated one-on-one meetings and interactive small group sessions. Roundtables are structured to promote candid discussion on issues shaping sponsor-backed transactions.
