Lippes Mathias LLP partner and leader of the firm’s independent sponsor John J. Koeppel will lead a roundtable at iGlobal Forum's Independent Sponsors Summit: New York, scheduled for Sept. 28-29 in New York. 

Koeppel, who leads the firm's private equity and independent sponsor practice teams, will facilitate the roundtable titled "Winning Deal Structures: Rollover Equity, Seller Financing and Earnout Trends."

About John J. Koeppel 

John J. Koeppel is a partner, serves as the team leader of the firm's private equity and independent sponsor practices, and is a member of the firm's executive committee. Koeppel is focused on direct deals and has structured, negotiated and closed more than 250 transactions over the past 25-plus years, typically involving mergers and acquisitions, fund and SPV formations, and private equity and independent sponsor transactions. He also works with clients to review and structure their Qualified Opportunity Zone and Qualified Small Business Stock investments.
