Stewart Subjinski, Counsel with Lippes Mathias LLP, focuses his practice in general commercial litigation and outsourced general counsel services. Mr. Subjinski has experience in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts defending and obtaining injunctions, money judgments, and other collection remedies including foreclosures.
  • Outsourced General Counsel: Providing ongoing, on-demand legal guidance for companies without in-house counsel to handle contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, employment advisement, and managing creditor and collection issues.
