Bio
Mrs. Qureshi concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience advising private equity firms, family offices, independent sponsors, public and private companies, and investors on a wide range of transactional and governance issues, including acquisitions, dispositions, and complex corporate structuring.
Over the course of her career, Mrs. Qureshi has advised on 150+ transactions in the lower to mid-middle market, typically ranging from $5 million to over $200 million in enterprise value. She has represented clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including without limitation, business and home services, healthcare services, medical devices and healthcare technology, manufacturing, distribution, construction, automotive, transportation, engineering, industrial products, and software. Mrs. Qureshi is known for her responsiveness, practical insight, and commitment to helping clients achieve their strategic goals with confidence. Her depth of experience and pragmatic approach make her a trusted advisor in navigating sophisticated corporate transactions.
Following law school, Mrs. Qureshi earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating at the top of her class. Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, she practiced in the Corporate and Tax group at a prominent law firm in Tampa, Florida, and previously served as a Business and Tax Attorney at a well-respected regional firm in Fort Myers, Florida. These roles provided her with a strong foundation in advising clients on complex transactional and tax matters across a variety of industries.
