About Sara A. Qureshi 

Sara A. Qureshi concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience advising private equity firms, family offices, independent sponsors, public and private companies, and investors on a wide range of transactional and governance issues, including acquisitions, dispositions, and complex corporate structuring. 

Over the course of her career, Qureshi has advised on more than 150 transactions in the lower to mid-middle market, typically ranging from $5 million to over $200 million in enterprise value.
