Nathan Arnholt, a member of Lippes Mathias’ Intellectual Property team focuses his practice on patent prosecution and patent litigation across the life sciences, chemical sciences, materials science, and mechanical fields. He counsels companies and innovators on developing, protecting, and enforcing intellectual property rights, with experience spanning polymers and pharmaceuticals, materials and coatings, medical and laboratory technologies, and mechanical systems. His practice includes preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications, advising on portfolio development, and supporting contested matters in federal courts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Nathan also assists clients with trademark and copyright preparation, guiding clients to build and safeguard brand value.
