Lippes Mathias LLP congratulates Nathaniel P. Arnholt on his November 17 admission to the Ohio State Bar and is pleased to announce his elevation to associate in the firm's Cleveland office, where he had previously been working as a law clerk.
A member of the firm's intellectual property team, Arnholt focuses his practice on patent prosecution and patent litigation across the life sciences, chemical sciences, materials science, and mechanical fields. He counsels companies and innovators on developing, protecting, and enforcing intellectual property rights. His experience spans polymers and pharmaceuticals, materials and coatings, medical and laboratory technologies, and mechanical systems.
Arnholt's practice includes preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications, advising on portfolio development, and supporting contested matters in federal courts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also assists clients with trademark and copyright preparation, guiding them to build and safeguard brand value.
Before joining the firm, Arnholt earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2025 and his B.S., with honors, from Kent State University in 2020. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) and the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association (CIPLA).
