Lippes Mathias LLP served as legal counsel to CannonDesign in its acquisition of Yellow Brick Consulting, a California-based healthcare transition and activation consulting firm. Yellow Brick joins Blue Cottage of CannonDesign, strengthening the firm’s national healthcare consulting practice. 

The Lippes Mathias deal team was led by Brendan J. Rich and Elise M. Edwards, partners in the firm’s corporate and mergers and acquisitions practice teams, along with Devon R. McDonald, the firm’s director of tax.
