Lippes Mathias LLP announced that John J. Koeppel, partner and leader of the firm’s independent sponsor practice team, will moderate an executive exchange at iGlobal Forum’s 19th Independent Sponsors Summit, taking place September 29–30, 2025, in New York City.

The summit, one of the leading conferences for independent sponsors and capital providers, will draw more than 400 attendees and host 1,000+ networking meetings. Koeppel will serve as the moderator for an executive exchange titled Aligning Incentives: Use of Deferred Consideration in Independent Sponsors Deals.
