Mr. Byrns focuses his practice on trust and estate planning for individuals, families, and businesses in matters ranging from drafting personal wills to multigenerational succession planning. Mr. Byrns supports clients with various backgrounds and complex situations by understanding their needs and goals to protect their personal interests. His experience also includes trust creation, drafting of last will and testament, powers of attorney and healthcare proxy designations, state and federal litigation matters, as well as estate probate and administration.

Mr. Byrns' probate and trust litigation experience includes representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries.  He has managed and resolved various probate, trust, and guardianship litigation proceedings, including: will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty disputes, undue influence and fraud claims, removal of executors and trustees, and incapacity proceedings.  This litigation experience allows him to understand the pitfalls in estate planning and ensure his clients are protected.
