Mr. McCollister concentrates his practice on advising clients on matters involving patent preparation and prosecution in general chemical and mechanical arts. Scott serves as counsel to companies in various industries and is specifically experienced in areas such as abrasive and refractory ceramics, molten metal processing equipment, petroleum refining, optical coatings and general lighting arts, semi-conductor light emitting devices, golf equipment, as well as synthetic rubber manufacturing processes and compositions. Mr. McCollister’s core practice includes an emphasis on trademark and trade secret law.
