
Bio
Mr. Ream focuses his practice in the Banking and Financial Transactions practice at Lippes Mathias where he represents regional, national and international senior lenders, equity sponsors and borrowers in senior debt and mezzanine financing arrangements. He assists clients with secured transactions, asset-based financing, acquisition financing, syndicated loan transactions, loan participations, and cross-border financings. He also provides support to the firm’s Corporate Practice Team on various general corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and other private equity transactions. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Mr. Ream participated in the firm’s Summer Associate Program.
Mr. Ream is a 2018 graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, he worked as an intern with in-house counsel for an e-commerce company, providing assistance on a wide variety of legal issues. He also served as a teaching assistant for first-year law students. Mr. Ream was published as a staff writer in Volume 28 of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. He later served as the journal’s Executive Editor.

- Represented national lender in connection with $20MM in aggregate credit facilities to finance PE-backed acquisition of a vertically integrated manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of a variety of outdoor storage buildings.
- Represented national lender as administrative agent in connection with approximately $85MM in term and revolving syndicated credit facilities to finance PE-backed acquisition of an aluminum trailer manufacturing company.
- Represented national lender in connection with $35MM in aggregate credit facilities to finance PE-backed acquisition of a refrigeration equipment manufacturer.
- Represented national lender as administrative agent in connection with $165MM syndicated subscription line of credit to middle-market private equity funds.
- Represented national lender in connection with $29.5MM in aggregate credit facilities to finance PE-backed acquisition of a supplier of complex and pressure-tight aluminum castings and plastic injection molding components.
- Represented national lender participating in a $230MM syndicated floor plan facility to a national auto dealer chain.
- Represented national lender in connection with $60MM floor plan facility to New York-based auto dealership chain.
- Represented national lender in connection with $122.5MM floor plan facility to national RV dealership chain.
- Represented national lender in connection with $151MM floor plan facility to Indiana-based auto dealership chain.
- Represented national lender in connection with $90MM floor plan facility to Kentucky-based auto dealership chain.
