Bio
Mina is an associate in the firm’s Government & Corporate Investigations Practice Team, where she focuses her practice on government investigations and compliance matters, internal investigations, and civil and criminal defense litigation. She represents a variety of clients, including defendants, targets, subjects, witnesses, and businesses, with responses to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and other government-generated document demands.
Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Mina began her career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Later, she joined a civil litigation law firm in Albany.
