Bio

Gregory T. Measer focuses his practice on providing corporate and regulatory counsel to health care providers, including health systems, hospitals, medical groups, diagnostic laboratories, and individual practitioners. Mr. Measer regularly assists in the formation and organization of unique health care affiliations and collaborations, including advising on national telehealth networks, management services organizations, professional corporations, and the corporate practice of medicine. Mr. Measer also has experience assisting hospitals with managed care contracting and reimbursement, advising healthcare professionals in response to state and federal investigations, and facilitating healthcare transactions.
 
Additionally, Mr. Measer has extensive experience assisting clients with health care technology and life sciences matters, including FDA regulatory compliance, public health law and policy, and medical product research, development, manufacturing, and distribution.
 
Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Mr. Measer was a Regulatory Counsel with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration where he worked on legal and policy issues related to research, development, and availability of investigational medical products, and advised on legislation involving medical countermeasures and emergency preparedness and response.
