The list features executives, administrators, officials, attorneys, advocates, and others shaping the future of sports in New York and beyond. White handles legal matters related to sponsorships, naming rights, media rights, venue licensing, and team acquisitions for clients in various professional leagues, including the NFL, NHL, National Lacrosse League, and Arena Football League. 

About Benjamin T. White 

A member of the firm's Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Teams, White focuses his practice on corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and small and mid-market private equity transactions. 

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, White served as assistant general counsel for Pegula Sports & Entertainment, LLC, where he handled the legal needs of multiple professional sports organizations and entertainment properties, including the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, Buffalo Bandits, Rochester Americans, Rochester Knighthawks, KeyBank Center, and BlueCross Arena at the War Memorial. His work there included drafting and negotiating stadium and arena license agreements, promoter agreements, and the formation and sale of certain entertainment, restaurant, and hospitality properties. 

White also handles purchase agreements, franchising and licensing agreements, and other agreements involved in corporate and financial transactions.
