WTT's new owner, Stephen Amritraj, acquired the league's intellectual property in 2024 through Intrepid Sports Group, a Charleston, South Carolina-based private equity firm he founded. The league's 2026 season opens Dec. 2 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
