BUFFALO, NY – Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP today announced it has become a member of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. ACA International membership is an important component to the firm’s rapidly growing Asset Receivable Management & Consumer Financial Services practice team.
Attorneys in the Asset Receivable Management & Consumer Financial Services practice team regularly advise and advocate on behalf of servicers, lenders, banks, financial institutions and other secured and unsecured creditors throughout the country in the defense of claims and class actions contending that various federal statues, including the FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, EFTA and TILA were violated.
