The panel considers public, verifiable indicators of innovation and operational progress, including adoption of analytics, automation, or responsible AI; documented process improvements; evidence of measurable client impact; and thought leadership or knowledge sharing. Each year, a limited and variable number of firms are recognized based on the panel's review.
