Lippes Mathias LLP Tax Controversy Attorneys to Present at Upcoming Tax Institutes in Rochester and Buffalo

Members of Lippes Mathias LLP’s tax controversy team will present at two upcoming programs focused on current developments in tax law: the 60th Annual Rochester Tax Institute and the 71st Annual Buffalo Tax Institute.
The 60th Annual Rochester Tax Institute, presented by the Tax Section of the Monroe County Bar Association and the Rochester Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs, will be held on November 21 at the Country Club of Rochester. Randall P. Andreozzi will lead the “Federal Tax Update” session and co-present “Employee Retention Tax Credit & PPP Loans.” Tiffany D. Bell will join Jacqueline Kelly-Myers of the IRS for “Tax Conflict Resolution & IRS Updates,” and Samantha L. Gozlan will take part in “Estate and Gift Tax Update.”
The 71st Annual Buffalo Tax Institute, presented by the Bar Association of Erie County and the Buffalo Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs, will take place on December 5 at the Buffalo Marriott Niagara. Tiffany D. Bell will also co-present “The One Big Beautiful Bill – Businesses” with Amanda Ornowski, CPA, of Lumsden McCormick LLP. Robert B. Rowe will co-present “The One Big Beautiful Bill – Individuals” with Lisa A. Mrkall, CPA, and Steven Sanders, CPA. Gary P. Bluestein will take part in “Collections” alongside Deborah J. Weber of Weber Law, LLC.
Both programs bring together attorneys and CPAs from across the region for continuing education in taxation and professional practice. Interested professionals can register for the Rochester Tax Institute HERE and the Buffalo Tax Institute HERE.
