Ms. Bell is a Partner at Lippes Mathias LLP where she concentrates her practice in tax controversy matters including matters before the IRS and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance regarding individual or corporate income tax, information reporting, employment tax, and sales and use tax. She assists clients administratively during income tax audits, Department of Labor audits, New York State sales tax audits, federal and state employment tax audits and trust fund recovery penalty matters, innocent spouse requests and defense, Foreign and Domestic Voluntary Disclosure Programs, Foreign Information Return compliance and defense, Employer Shared Responsibly Payment defense, tax collection defense, criminal tax investigations as well as individual and corporate tax litigation.

During law school, Ms. Bell served as an extern with IRS Office of Chief Counsel and as an intern with Buffalo Legal Aid Public Defender’s Office.
