Based in Hicksville, New York, Mod-A-Can has been a top supplier to the commercial and defense avionics industry since 1966, providing fabricated, brazed, precision-machined structural assemblies. 

Fors Holdings was advised throughout the deal by Lippes Mathias’ deal team led by partners Brian J. Bocketti and Thomas B. Hughes, who have advised a growing number of aerospace industry clients in transactions in recent years.
