Lippes Mathias LLP today announced plans to relocate its Albany office to 677 Broadway in downtown Albany, with a targeted completion date of July 1. The firm's Capital Region attorneys are currently working from a temporary space within the building ahead of the permanent transition from 54 State Street, where the office had been located since 2015, following Lippes Mathias’ combination with Sheehan Greene Golderman and Jacques LLP. 

The new space occupies the entire sixth floor and adds approximately 3,000 square feet over the firm's previous Albany office. The layout includes 25 exterior offices, seven interior offices, 11 workstations, four conference rooms, a lobby with a coffee bar, an updated lunchroom, and two balconies. Two of the conference rooms feature a retractable wall that opens into a combined event space. Natural light throughout the floor is provided by extensive exterior windows.

Proximity to the Capitol and Albany-area courthouses factored into the selection of 677 Broadway, consistent with the office's work in lobbying & public policy, public sector labor, health care, financial restructuring & insolvency, automotive & truck finance, trusts & estates, and litigation. Lippes Mathias has approximately 30 Capital Region attorneys across its Albany and Saratoga Springs offices.
