Lippes Mathias extends its congratulations to its client, Ultralife Corporation, on completing the acquisition of Electrochem Solutions, Inc., a Massachusetts-based battery manufacturer, from Integer Holdings Corp. for $50 million. This milestone transaction enhances Ultralife’s advanced energy solutions portfolio and bolsters its standing in the global energy, military, and industrial markets. 

With more than 40 years of experience, Electrochem Solutions designs and manufactures lithium metal and ultracapacitor cells and battery packs for critical applications worldwide. The acquisition expands Ultralife’s reach into complementary technologies and markets, creating new opportunities to serve its diverse customer base while driving efficiency and innovation.
