Leigh A. Hoffman, partner and Albany office leader at Lippes Mathias, was quoted in the Albany Business Review in an article on the closure of Davin Healthcare Workforce Solutions Inc., a Saratoga Springs healthcare staffing company. Hoffman, who represents Davin founder David Theobald, discussed the company's prospects for recovering more than $15 million it says it is owed by Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center and Carthage Area Hospital, two North Country hospitals now in bankruptcy.
