John J. Koeppel, partner and executive committee member at Lippes Mathias LLP and team leader of the firm’s Private Equity and Independent Sponsor practices, will moderate a panel at the Independent Sponsor Forum (ISF) Deal Series in Chicago on Sept. 16. The event will take place at the Marriott Marquis Chicago. 

Koeppel will moderate “Fireside Chat 2 | Win-Win: Negotiating Closing and Management Fees” alongside panelists Simon Haidamous of Genesis Park, Michael Malacuso of Global Access Capital, Ryan McGovern of Star Mountain Capital, and Jeff Piper of LXP. 

Launched in partnership with the Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA), the ISF Deal Series is an invitation-only event designed exclusively by and for independent sponsors and capital providers with a defined independent sponsor strategy. The one-day format features attendee-selected one-on-one meetings through a proprietary scheduling platform, networking, peer discussions, and insights on current market trends. Attendance is limited to pre-screened capital providers and independent sponsors.

John J. Koeppel is a partner and team leader of the firm’s Private Equity and Independent Sponsor practices and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
