Mr. Fennell focuses his practice in the area of commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, financings, project development, contract review, and related real property title matters. His experience includes representing local, regional, and national developers, including owners of office parks, shopping centers, and multifamily apartment complexes. In addition, Mr. Fennell contributes to the firm’s commercial leasing practice group, representing landlords and tenants of retail shopping centers, restaurants, office parks, and mix-used commercial properties.  

He currently serves as chair of the firm's Pro Bono Advisory Committee.

While attending the University at Buffalo School of Law, Mr. Fennell served as a research assistant and scrutinized the role the law played in reforming education, politics, and socioeconomic issues during the turn of the 19th Century and the modern era.
