Sean focuses his practice on business & commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, earn-out disputes, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and shareholder derivative actions.  Additionally, he defends creditors and other financial institutions against individual and class claims, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Sean competed in national trial advocacy and mediation events in law school. He gained valuable experience defending claims against New York State as an intern in the Office of the Attorney General in 2023. During his final semester of law school, Sean served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John B. Licata on the New York State Supreme Court, 8th Judicial District.
