Samuel Tavakoli

Samuel Tavakoli is a member of Lippes Mathias’ Corporate, Independent Sponsor and Private Equity teams. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and structure, corporate reorganizations, joint venture and operating agreements, as well as other general corporate matters.  

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Samuel assisted attorneys at a law firm in Washington, D.C., where he worked on corporate transactions at the various stages of the deal process, ranging from initial due diligence through closing and post-closing matters. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, and asset sales, as well as corporate governance matters 

Samuel attended The George Washington University Law School, where he achieved a concentration in Business and Finance Law. He also served as a member of the Business & Finance Law Review, where his note was selected for publication.
