Ricky Luthra is a Partner at Lippes Mathias LLP, where he leads M&A transactions for buyers, sellers, and investors, managing all phases of a transaction from letter of intent through closing. As a member of the firm’s corporate team, he also regularly counsels clients on business formations, commercial contracts, employment agreements, and buy/sell and operating agreements.
Ricky also works with startups and closely held companies on entity governance and succession planning, helping family-owned and founder-led businesses navigate ownership transitions and position themselves for long-term success. His experience spans industries including healthcare and physician practices, hospitality, restaurants, and other service-based businesses. He also serves as outside general counsel to several companies, delivering practical, business-focused advice tailored to each stage of the company lifecycle.
