David E. Siegfeld, a Partner at Lippes Mathias LLP and the firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Team Leader, has been practicing law since 1996. Mr. Siegfeld began his professional legal career as an Assistant Attorney General in the Charities Bureau concentrating in the area of Trusts & Estates and Not-for-Profit Law. Mr. Siegfeld currently counsels businesses and individuals on a wide range of business transactional and planning matters, commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate litigation, planning & probate matters, as well as business succession planning. Mr. Siegfeld’s expertise has been recognized by local Surrogate’s Court Judges who have called upon him to assist in complicated estate litigation and probate matters on behalf of incapacitated individuals. While devoting most of his free time to raising his young family, Mr. Siegfeld also sits on the Board of Directors and is Annual Campaign Chair and Chair for the United Jewish Federation of Northeastern New York's Board of Directors.
