Caroline R. Vilardo

Mrs. Vilardo is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Teams, focusing her practice on representing private companies with a broad range of transactions, including debt and equity investments and financings and mergers and acquisitions. Mrs. Vilardo advises her clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including minority equity investments, mergers and asset acquisitions and divestitures, start-up and formation matters, corporate governance, debt and equity financings, company capitalization, incentive compensation and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, she participated in the firm’s summer associate program in 2019. Ms. Vilardo received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science, Finance from the University at Buffalo. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, she received the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key, presented to the full-time undergraduate student who compiled the highest management grade point average of all eligible graduating students.
