Caroline R. Vilardo

Ms. Vilardo is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Teams, focusing her practice in areas of business formation and structuring, contract review, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other general business planning.

In addition, she provides counsel on the commercial and corporate aspects of renewable energy transactions, including membership interest purchase agreements, real property agreements, diligence review and related matters in the project acquisition, development, investment and financing phases.

Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, she participated in the firm’s summer associate program in 2019. Ms. Vilardo received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science, Finance from the University at Buffalo. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, she received the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key, presented to the full-time undergraduate student who compiled the highest management grade point average of all eligible graduating students.
