Alan R. Feldstein

Mr. Feldstein, senior counsel in Lippes Mathias’ Real Estate Practice Team, has over 50 years of experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions. His experience includes the sale, purchase, and financing of commercial property, both permanent and construction, leasing of office, retail, industrial and warehouse facilities, the development of industrial parks, and tax-deferred exchanges.  

Mr. Feldstein also has extensive experience counseling clients in the public finance area, acting as a company counsel, bond counsel, and lender’s counsel in various tax-exempt and taxable industrial development agency bond financings.
