Sara A. Qureshi to Speak at Tampa Bay Dealmaker Forum’s April Event

Sara A. Qureshi, counsel in Lippes Mathias LLP's Tampa Bay office, will speak at the Tampa Bay Dealmaker Forum on April 7 at the Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club. The quarterly event brings together the region's mergers and acquisitions professionals, capital providers, and corporate executives for networking and market insights. 

The evening will feature a panel discussion moderated by Dara Shareef, shareholder and board director at Benchmark International. Attendees will hear directly from dealmakers driving capital formation and economic growth in the region. The panel will examine recent middle-market transactions, share lessons learned, and forecast what lies ahead for the Tampa Bay deal ecosystem. The event will also provide networking opportunities with leading investment bankers, private equity investors, M&A attorneys, and business owners.

About Sara A. Qureshi 

Sara A. Qureshi concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience advising private equity firms, family offices, independent sponsors, public and private companies, and investors on a wide range of transactional and governance issues, including acquisitions, dispositions, and complex corporate structuring. 

Over the course of her career, Qureshi has advised on more than 150 transactions in the lower to mid-middle market, typically ranging from $5 million to over $200 million in enterprise value. She has represented clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including business and home services, healthcare services, medical devices and healthcare technology, manufacturing, distribution, construction, automotive, transportation, engineering, industrial products, and software. Qureshi is known for her responsiveness, practical insight, and commitment to helping clients achieve their strategic goals with confidence. 

Qureshi earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating at the top of her class. Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, she practiced in the corporate and tax group at a prominent law firm in Tampa and served as a business and tax attorney at a regional firm in Fort Myers.
