BUFFALO, NEW YORK – Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce that it has added MacKenzie E. Hamill to its corporate practice team as an associate attorney. MacKenzie will focus her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, general corporate matters, and banking and financial transactions. 

MacKenzie graduated with her B.A. from the University of Ottawa, and in 2021 received her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Outside of her practice, MacKenzie is involved in a number of community organizations, including the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, Western New York Chapter, the Bar Association of Erie County, The Order of Barristers, and The Buffalo Club, where she serves on both the young professionals and house/entertainment committees.
