Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP's Elise M. DeRose Named to Greater Buffalo Friends of Music Board and also Secretary of U.S. Tennis Association Eastern/Western Region Board

BUFFALO, NY – Elise M. DeRose, an associate with Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, has been elected to the board of directors for Greater Buffalo Friends of Music. In addition, she has been appointed secretary of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Eastern/Western Region’s board of directors.
Greater Buffalo Friends of Music maintains a mission of promoting classical choral music and music education in Western New York. The organization has expanded its interests to include organ repertoire and classical music of all types both sacred and secular.
The USTA is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the recognized leader in promoting and developing the sport’s growth on every level in the U.S. The Eastern/Western Region encompasses western and central New York State. Ms. DeRose previously served as a regional delegate representing Buffalo.
At Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman, Ms. DeRose focuses primarily on healthcare and life sciences business transactions, other healthcare compliance issues and general business transactions. Her experience includes counseling hospitals, physicians and physician group practices, health plans and start-ups through healthcare mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, insurance regulations, intellectual property and information technology and reorganizations.
