Calspan, headquartered in Western New York, is a world-class independent engineering services and testing company that focuses on testing, evaluation and development across the aerospace, defense, hypersonic and automotive markets. TransDigm's acquisition of Calspan will enable the company to achieve long-term stability and success, providing a seamless shift from its existing private ownership. Calspan, will maintain its current organizational structure without any effect on its workforce or activities.
