Conor E. Brownell, a partner and member of the firm’s litigation practice team, is representing A.E. Rosen, an Albany electrical contractor, in a lawsuit against convenience store chain Cumberland Farms. Rosen alleges that a multimillion-dollar embezzlement scheme involving the firm's former CFO would have been discovered sooner had the convenience store chain had proper and sufficient internal controls.
