Andrew M. Wilson, Lippes Mathias LLP partner, chief advisory officer, and co-leader of the firm's immigration law practice team, has been selected to join the University at Buffalo School of Law's Dean's Advisory Council. 

The Dean's Advisory Council meets twice a year to assist the dean in developing policies and plans for the law school. Members provide guidance on curriculum, development, alumni relations, governmental relations, public service, and administration. 

About Andrew M. Wilson 

Andrew M. Wilson is a partner, chief advisory officer, and co-leader of the immigration practice team at Lippes Mathias LLP. As chief advisory officer, Wilson oversees firm initiatives focused on engagement, mentorship, summer programming, pro bono work, and DEI. 

As an immigration attorney with more than 25 years of experience, Wilson represents companies, major league sports teams, and individuals in all areas of immigration law, including non-immigrant and immigrant employment-based immigration matters. He handles H-1B, NAFTA/USMCA, and O-1 extraordinary ability cases and is frequently called upon by other AILA immigration attorneys to assist with difficult NAFTA/USMCA matters. Wilson also handles all green card matters, including EB-1, EB-2, and PERM labor certification filings, as well as family-based immigration filings and waivers for admissibility issues.
