About Andrew M. Wilson

As chief advisory officer, Andrew M. Wilson oversees firm initiatives focused on engagement, mentorship, summer programming, pro bono work, DEI, and other areas.

As an immigration attorney with more than 25 years of experience, Wilson focuses on building long-lasting relationships with clients as a trusted advisor as opposed to simply completing specific transactions and filings. Wilson has extensive experience with challenging H-1B, NAFTA/USMCA and O-1 extraordinary ability cases. He is often called upon by other AILA immigration attorneys to help with difficult NAFTA/USMCA matters.
