Lippes Mathias LLP is pleased to have served as legal counsel to LEEM Filtration in its acquisition and integration of Durco Filters, a filtration brand with more than 130 years of industry history. Effective Jan. 1, 2025, Durco now operates as the Durco Filter Systems product line within LEEM. 

The transaction expands LEEM's product offerings to include fully engineered solutions — pressure leaf filters, filter presses, tubular backwash filters, and Nutsche filters — alongside the company's existing standardized pressure leaf filters, rescreening services, and aftermarket components. Durco's manufacturing facility will remain in operation, expanding LEEM's U.S. manufacturing footprint and adding capacity for existing and new customers.
