Founded in 2014 by Raj Chindalur, CTSi built its practice across traffic operations analysis, traffic impact studies, safety studies, travel demand modeling, signal design, intersection design, and transportation policy planning in Northeast Florida. The Jacksonville-based firm's client base spans state, county, and municipal agencies as well as residential and commercial developers.
