Jennifer C. Persico Speaks on Women’s Empowerment Session Panel Hosted by ECMC’s Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

BUFFALO, N.Y. – On Thursday, April 15, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP Partner Jennifer C. Persico spoke on an Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion panel titled “Working Together Empowering Women to Succeed.” The panel, one of ECMC’s Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion’s Women’s Empowerment Sessions, aimed to empower, encourage, and build confidence and motivation.

Jennifer was joined by Sharon L. Hanson, Kathleen T. Grimm and Darby Fishkin for the panel discussion, which was held virtually.

Jennifer, Partner and Litigation Practice Team Co-Leader, has extensive experience in business disputes and commercial litigation matters, including contract claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. She also has significant experience in municipal law. Jennifer’s practice includes assisting municipalities in defending 1983 claims, resolving land use issues, and drafting local laws and governance issues. Jennifer also has extensive experience in resolving complex disputes on behalf of her clients using both litigation and non-litigation methods.
